We've spent some quality time together, and by now, you know P'Niche loves pretty things, pink, and a good floral awning. So, in this season of all things (Golden Dream) Barbie-core, let's head over to a space that delivers all of this (and then some)... Pinky Bloom Paris.
In the shadows of the Eiffel Tower lives Instagram's newest Parisian sensation, Pinky Bloom Paris.
Known for their unabashed love of all things pink and floral, you'd have to wonder if their menu is worth the culinary hype or merely a photo-op-stop for Insta fame.
We wondered too.
Let's take a P'Niche peek to learn more...
First of all, you would have to make plans to enjoy the space. Pinky Bloom is not really a "walk in" type of establishment. Not that you can't walk in, but you'll likely encounter lines and be told you have to wait until their set reservations are seated.
So, P'Niche PSA - make a reservation. And make sure your reservation is finalized with a credit card to ensure seating. We found out the hard way this had to be done, but the gracious host had on record that we tried to book ahead, and we were seated immediately. Phew!
Upon entering, we were quite pleasantly surprised. In addition to Bisou type vibes and décor, the Pinky Bloom Paris staff could not have been friendlier.
The place was absolutely jumping. Do note, we went at opening time and there was already a bachelorette party, a group of ladies who lunch/brunch, other various patrons, and many gorgeous international influencers (with teams taking their photos and grabbing great angles and poses).
I mean, La Vie en Rose - P'Niche gets it...
We were lucky enough to be seated at a table that was quiet and had a clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Swiftly, we were shown menus (we could tell that the staff was swamped), but we never felt neglected, nor did we feel rushed.
We started with a round of drinks to celebrate our Parisian adventures (this was the day of the Versailles Masked Ball). I grabbed a hot cocoa, as you know P'Niche can (and does) form an opinion on an eatery based on their hot chocolate.
You know what? OUI. Smooth, creamy, and oh so satisfying.
OK, Pinky Bloom Paris, you have captured P'Niche's attention.
Tell us more...
Their menu is presented in a short and concise manner. It's a rather fashionable mesh of brunch, lunch, apéro, and chic cocktail bar. (For non drinkers, they offer wonderful mocktails too).
Soon after, we placed our order (and we made sure to each order something different, so that we could try as much as possible). And let's be honest - in the spirit of the fashionable influencers, we wanted to get as many photos as possible.
While we waited for our order to be prepared and to arrive, we used the opportunity to engage with the decadent ("blush and bashful") surroundings.
It's one of the few spaces P'Niche has encountered where no one felt out of place to do so. It's clear that Pinky Bloom Paris was designed to be captured in photos and media.
There was a fun old fashioned telephone surrounded in faux flora to take photos with, and the space overall is rather inviting, with lots of great angles, points of view, and areas of interest.
Oh wait - the food is here!
One of my nieces ordered the Croissant with Scrambled Eggs - complete with scrambled eggs with truffles, roasted bacon, tomato coulis, balsamic drizzle, spicy cheddar, and served with a salad.
It looked amazing and the review is that it tasted sublime. Off to a good start!
My nephew opted for the Beef Tacos. The trio included soft (warm) tortillas, hanger steak, Mexican spices, peppers, onions, a creamy avocado, and homemade cocktail sauce. It was served with a side of crispy fries.
Each meal that was presented before us, whether savory or sweet, came adorned with absolutely precious (and entirely edible) flowers.
It was such a charming touch.
And...the tacos were delicious!
Mom (hi, mom!) selected her personal fave - the Eggs Benedict.
These perfectly poached eggs were served upon a toasted English muffin, aged cheddar, spinach, peppers, chives, and Hollandaise sauce.
You could also have bacon or smoked salmon placed atop. Mom opted for the smoked salmon - and again - a proper tasty plate!
P'Niche chose the Avocado Toast.
A perfectly toasted country bread, loaded up with creamy avocado, feta cheese, a poached egg, cherry tomato, walnuts, and sesame seeds was placed before me. P'Nichers, it was beautiful.
I would tell you how scrumptious it was, but P'Niche does not talk with her mouth full!
On the sweeter side, my other niece decided on the Pancakes. It seems unfair to call these just pancakes, as what was presented was the fluffiest stack of goodness you can imagine.
With a large swirl of mascarpone whipped cream, buttery salted caramel, seasonal berries, and a darling mini pitcher of syrup, this one was almost to pretty to eat. Almost...
We're still trying to place what exactly the syrup was, but imagine it's a house secret and nearly addictive, that's how good it was!
My entire family enjoyed our meal at Pinky Bloom Paris and as a reminder, Parisian Niche is in no way sponsored or affiliated with any restaurant (or anything, actually).
This is our genuine feedback and truth to an absolutely flora-tastic Parisian brunch.
In fact, my only complaint is that I didn't have time to go back a second time on this last trip as I need to give their Brioche Perdu (that's French Toast to you and me) a try.
It looks simply heavenly!
Our meal was coming to an end. Le sigh...
Aside from the luxe interior and absolutely wonderful offerings we enjoyed, it has to be said that everyone looked truly happy to be at Pinky Bloom. It is a space created to cater to all of your senses in the most pleasurably pink fashion.
Noting that "pretty in pink" is the common language here, patrons from all corners of the globe were happy to engage with each other, making space for photos and sharing their own personal insights and creative thoughts.
And the food? Worth the hype. Pinky Bloom Paris surpassed our expectations and we cannot wait to return!
Ready to head to Pinky Bloom Paris to check out to the goodness yourself? Wonderful!
